Every child deserves access to at least basic primary education

Your support can change a life

Restoring Hope, One Child at a Time

In rural Zimbabwe, countless children are growing up without access to basic primary education, emotional support, and care. At Paulinah Foundation, we believe that every child—no matter where they are born—deserves the chance to grow, learn, and lead.

We provide school fees, uniforms, emotional mentoring, and basic needs to children aged 5 to 12 living in vulnerable situations. With your support, we turn despair into determination and poverty into purpose.

WHAT WE DO

Educate

We believe education is a right, not a privilege. Many of our children have never seen the inside of a classroom, while others drop out due to financial hardship, orphanhood, or neglect. Through school fees, uniforms, stationery, and emotional support, we get children back into school — where they belong. We fight to keep them there, fueled by hope and a belief that learning can change everything.

Support

Whether it’s food, clothing, shelter, or love — we offer what’s missing. Many of our children live with overwhelmed or elderly guardians or in child-headed homes.

We provide direct support to keep them safe, nourished, and emotionally held. We also offer trips and camping—giving children the joy of adventure and space to just be kids.

Uplift

Life in Zimbabwe’s remote areas can be harsh and lonely for vulnerable children. We work with communities to nurture leadership, purpose, and resilience in every child we serve. From mentorship programs to life-skills development, we equip young lives with the strength to dream, the courage to try, and the tools to rise.

IMPACT STORIES

MEET Tinotenda

When Tinotenda’s mother refused to become a second wife, she was abandoned and left to raise her children alone in poverty. Tinotenda’s future seemed destined for hardship — but today, through the Foundation’s support, she is back in school, proud, determined, and dreaming of becoming a teacher herself. Her story is a powerful reminder that dignity and education walk hand in hand.

MEET Manatsa

Born from a teen pregnancy and left in the care of ageing grandparents, Manatsa was years behind in his schooling. When we found him, he had nearly given up. We enrolled him in school, provided him with essentials, and today — despite the lost time — Manatsa is catching up fast, proving that it’s never too late for a second chance.
